We have a merit system

Base price 400.00

Butterfat or Protein milk star adds $50. production milk star adds $100. Superior Genetics adds value.

Jr. leg adds $50. each additional leg is $100.

A LA score 87 and above adds $100.

Daughters that show well add value for the dam.

Proven sires add value.

We have a reservation/ waiting list. If you would like to reserve a kid there is a $100.00 deposit required, you will have 7 days to get this to us. If you would like to be put on a waiting list this is free, the reservation list will be filled first then those on the waiting list will be contacted.

If you are interested in reserving a kid out of a specific breeding there is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit required. You will have 7 days to get your deposit to us.  Email us at at_leisuretime@hotmail.com and put kid reservation in subject box. We will close reservations when they reach 2 does and 2 bucks. For those on the waiting list once you are contacted you will have 7 days to get your deposit to us.  Show and milking homes will have precedence over pet homes.

 We will do our best to place quality animals. We can not guarantee how a doeling will mature, how the mammary system will develop or the height. Hair color and eye color does not affect the milk ability and show quality of dairy goats, that being said we understand liking the "icing on the cake", but will not refund the deposit on said kid if it is not colored to your choice, conformation and milk production is our goal.

Prices will vary depending upon evaluation of kids, LA scores of parents, winnings of dam and sire, age of sire (proven or new), and milking stars or other production records. Typically prices will be from 400.00-1200.00

Typically there will not be bucks available out of first fresheners. Buck kids will only be sold as bucks if we would use them in our breeding program.

All kids are dam raised and will be weaned at 8 weeks of age. They will have 2 CD&T vaccines, be disbudded, tattooed, have coccidia treatments and dewormed.

If interested in a wether they sell for $150.00, a $50.00 deposit will hold them. 

A boarding fee of 3.00/ day will apply from age 8 weeks until pick-up if arrangements are not made. In the unlikely event of a kid dying prior to leaving we will refund your money.

If full payment is not received by weaning, we will consider the contract voided and make the kid available to other buyers.

When picking up your kid we request cash for the balance due.

Once a kid leaves, there are no guaranties or warrantees, although we will always do our best to ensure happy and healthy goats for their owners.

When you buy breed stock from us we request first right of refusal if breed stock is ever sold.

 

We reserve the right to retain any kid out of any breeding.
